I've been using l'oreal Elvive Fibrology shampoo and conditioner pretty much since it came out, it was originally the scent that pulled me in, since it smells soooo good - that and the fact that I have very fine hair. I always buy it now whenever it's on offer which is every other month or so, which makes it under £2 for a 400ml bottle. The product is said to have a patented ingredient to actually expand the hair diameter to give long-lasting thickness. I've got to admit that I don't really notice much difference in my hair when using any shampoo, never mind this shampoo, but it does give me clean hair and leaves it smelling nice - so it's ticks all of my boxes. I always use products on my hair anyway to give it some texture so I don't really look for my shampoo and conditioner to give me that.
There is also a hair masque and a thickness 'booster' in the range. I've only tried the hair masque, which I use every few weeks (or when I run out of normal conditioner .. ), but I haven't bothered to buy the booster yet but I haven't ruled it out for the future! -The full range is on offer at Superdrug and Boots right now and the shampoo and conditioner is currently £1.99- saving you £2.
